I did a seminar with Ed Parker when I was a young lad and he was in his late 50's o and the guy was a brilliant martial artist but had taken the less energy expenditure route too seriously and was very out of shape. He died of a heart attack a year later. Kind of sad but I recall the experience with gratitude.
